If you would like artwork done on your surfboard visit this website as it has over 200 deck designs to help you get an idea of the design you like. However remember that the more artwork there is on your board, possibly the less structurally sound it is, as the paint slightly weakens the bond between the glass and the foam. Still, artwork can make the board look great so check out this site before deciding on a design:
